What is Co-Forge?
We stand at the edge of a new era, at the crossroads of a shared dream between "How" and "Why Not?" With Hytale's powerful new tools and an unprecedented ability to render ideas into reality, Co-Forge is a place where creativity is truly unshackled. Explorers, builders, event designers, community leaders, tinkerers, story-tellers, asset makers, coders - there is not just a place for all of you, but a place that actively encourages and supports you. Whether you're building a modest hut for yourself or whole public towns and farms, whether you're a newb or well seasoned, we want to help you make it happen. This is a supportive space to experiment, ask questions, and dream as big as you want.
There is no overarching theme of Co-Forge; all styles are welcome. We believe diversity adds richness and wonder to the world. Great servers are shaped by players of all styles and flavours.
Our team brings more than a decade of game event creation and over two decades of pixel-art skill. As long-time Minecraft server owners, we've repeatedly run into high-walled obstacles when it comes to ambitious server events. Many of our ideas have had to be slashed because of mechanics, plugin limitations, or the inability to modify the game itself. This is the biggest thing we look forward to bringing to Hytale! The idea of being able to add custom items, mobs, and more with cohesive tools provided to us is extremely exciting. We look forward to opening the doors to the opportunities that have long been closed by other developers - and opening them wide!
